Rachel Daigh is an American Actress, Writer, and Producer born in Phoenix, Arizona. She attended San Diego State University and worked as an EMT while studying Anthropology with a focus in Archaeology. Rachel began acting at age fifteen, however, had been writing screenplays, short stories, children's books, and poetry since she was just eight years old. Her passion for all things creative remained a casual pastime even after her book of poetry "Angst for the Memories" was published in 2006 and went on to gain her Artist of the Month in her hometown. Rachel followed up with a children's book "When Shamrocks Smile" which was welcomed with rave reviews and has gone on to be offered in a 3D version world-wide. Rachel's versatility in creative writing has also lead her to pen songs for extremely diverse musicians such as CMT's Country Music Smash winner Danny Hamilton and Metal band Heavy Justice. An extremely talented screenwriter as well, Rachel scripted all nine episodes of season one of the New Media comedy series SnowPiffs and currently has two films in preproduction. In 2015 Rachel made the decision to pursue acting full time and was quickly cast in a number of projects ranging from short film, to television and feature film. Her first leading role in Italian Golden Globe Award winning Director John Real's feature film "The Music Box" quickly became number one in box offices throughout Asia, The Philippines and parts of Europe and gained her two best actress awards in London and Moscow. In October of 2018 Rachel teamed back up with Director John Real and Real Dreams Entertainment to play the lead in their upcoming feature "Breath" which is currently in production in Sicily, Italy. Rachel continues to remain active in Archaeology and cultural resource management. A self proclaimed "lover of the sea" she is a SCUBA Diver with Divemaster certification and an advocate for marine conservation and animal rights.
