James Doherty began his career in the late 1980's and early 90's as a print model, he's been on the cover of numerous novel's and product adds, which led him to commercial work. He attended Method Acting at Carnegie Hall with Mary London, then with Pamela Lincoln at the Little Theatre at Yale. After some work in theatre and numerous industrials, he headed to Los Angelas. Within months he met actor Floyd Levine, Floyd introduced him to his first manager, Floyd's daughter, who were responsible for starting his career in LA.
