Jake Kenny-Byrne is a 20 year old actor, based in London. He is a member of the National Youth Theatre, having been a Rose Youth Theatre member and graduated from the Foundation in Acting at RADA (Royal Academy of Dramatic Art) in 2016/17. He will continue his training on the BA (Hons) Acting course at the world renowned Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, commencing October 2018. His breakthrough feature film lead role was starring as Josh Braigen in the post-apocalyptic thriller 'Survival Box', directed by William Scoular, written by Ashlin Halfnight (Netflix's Bloodline) and edited by Richard Comeau (Polytechnique). The film is in post-production after principal photography taking place in Toronto over the summer and again in March 2018, with news on its release coming soon. Jake has also featured in two commercials, including ESSO and Bouygues Immobilier in France. His other work that he inspirited his love of drama from a young age included extensive roles in theatre, particularly at the Rose Theatre Kingston: from playing Winston in '1984' at the studio, Young Scrooge in the professional Christmas production 'A Christmas Carol' on the main stage, to playing in interactive promenade at Hampton Court Palace. - IMDb Mini Biography By: Jake Kenny-Byrne
