Shelby Suzanne is an American actor. She was born Shelby Suzanne Scroggin in Columbus, Indiana. Her parents, Julia Davis and Randall Scroggin, married at a young age. At the time of her parent's divorce, her mother moved them to Shelbyville, Indiana where they spent most of their lives. Shelby began studying dance at the age of 7, and eventually joined a competitive dance team. She continued dance until her Senior year which was spent pursuing other activities such as yearbook club, softball, and cheerleading. She then went to Purdue University in Indiana for Veterinary Medicine and a minor in dance. After a year at Purdue, she transferred to AMDA College and Conservatory in Hollywood, California to pursue dance. Her first year there she fell in love with acting, and changed her major to Performing Arts as a whole.
