Gopal Bidari is a sound engineer, award-winning filmmaker, and performer from Austin, Texas who took to music, media, and fine arts at a young age. He started his professional audio career in 2001 while working on high profile projects such as the Stuart Little 2 soundtrack and Deepak Chopra's 'A Gift of Love II.' His experience as a location sound recordist and post audio engineer give him another level of insight to his work. His work has screened all over the world, on television, and in competition at prestigious film festivals such as Cannes and Sundance. His film Pigeon Impossible made Roger Ebert's list of best short films of all time and has been adapted into the feature film "Spies in Disguise" starring Will Smith. From political campaigns to world famous music festivals, he has recorded and interviewed dozens of famous personas and music icons. His experience relating to and working with celebrities and A list talent make him an easy choice especially when creative and thoughtful collaboration is paramount. In 2010, he was hand picked by the Coen Brothers to appear in their film True Grit. His uncanny impressions of Sir Richard Attenborough and Arnold Schwarzenegger have been featured on Good Morning America and by TIME. He is an active member of the award-winning Hyperloop group rLoop, as a sound designer and voiceover talent.
